So the British Academy of Film and Television Arts has announced their nominees for the 2011 BAFTA Awards which is due to be announced next month, and as expected; they were balls deep in their local heavyweight The King's Speech which lead the nominations with a staggering 14 nods.
Inception trails with 9 nominations, followed by 127 Hours and True Grit; both with 8 nominations a piece. The Social Network, fresh off their Golden Globe sweep stands at 7 nods. The awards will be hosted by Jonathan Ross on BBC One. The nominees are as followed:
